Book ‘Twilight Chronicles’ showcases Nepal to the international community

KATHMANDU: Romanian Non-Resident Ambassador Daniela Sejono’s book, Twilight Chronicles, has been officially launched in the Nepali market.
The book was inaugurated by Bagmati State Chief Deepak Prasad Devkota during an event held on Monday.
In his address, State Chief Devkota expressed gratitude towards the author for beautifully describing Nepal’s diverse landscapes and scenery.
He expressed confidence that the book would encourage not only European but also other English-speaking tourists to visit Nepal.
Ambassador Sejono shared that she was deeply impressed by Nepal and its people, stating that the country’s natural beauty is beyond description in words.
On a different note, she mentioned that Romania has become an attractive destination for employment for Nepali citizens, with over 20,000 Nepalis currently working in the country.
Narayan Bajaj, Romania’s Honorary Consul in Nepal, praised Ambassador Sejono for her commendable effort in introducing Nepal and its people through her book.
Ambassador Sejono, who has been responsible for the co-certification of Nepal and Sri Lanka while based in New Delhi, served in Nepal with the International Red Cross before starting her diplomatic career in Romania.
