Muktinath Foundation concludes large-scale blood donation & free dental check-up program
Established on Sept 17, 2021, the foundation has been working as a robust social organization to empower targeted groups and communities within its objectives.
KATHMANDU: On the occasion of its third anniversary, the Muktinath Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to directly assisting and positively transforming underprivileged and marginalized individuals and communities, successfully conducted a large-scale blood donation program.
Established on Sept 17, 2021, the foundation has been working as a robust social organization to empower targeted groups and communities within its objectives.
In addition to its third anniversary celebrations, the foundation organized a significant blood donation event and a free dental check-up program.
During the blood donation program, a total of 55 units of blood were collected.
Additionally, 48 individuals received free dental check-up services.
The blood donation drive received technical support from the Central Blood Transfusion Center, while the dental check-ups were facilitated with technical assistance from Kantipur Dental Hospital.
On this occasion, the foundation’s Chair Bharatraj Dhakal, board member Sitaram Kafle, and board member Ram Prasad Pokhrel each contributed Rs. 10,000, Rs. 10,000, and Rs. 15,000 respectively, as a part of their personal celebrations of their birthdays.
