Messi’s brilliant comeback: Scores two goals in Miami’s victory

KATHMANDU: Lionel Messi made a spectacular comeback after recovering from injury, scoring twice as Inter Miami defeated Philadelphia 3–1 in an American Soccer League match.

Messi scored in the 26th and 30th minutes, marking his first appearance for Inter Miami since June.

Luis Suarez contributed the third goal for Inter Miami and also provided an assist.

Philadelphia initially took the lead in the second minute with a goal from Mikael Uhre.

With this victory, Inter Miami now sits at the top of the Eastern Conference with 62 points from 28 matches, while Philadelphia is in 11th place with 30 points from 28 games.
