KATHMANDU: The World Hindu Federation organized a ‘religious rally’ in Kathmandu’s Maitighar on Friday.
The rally was held in protest against religious conversion.
Protesters carried the national flag of Nepal along with yellow flags adorned with images of various deities.
The demonstration saw the participation of leaders from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), including MPs Pashupati Shumsher Rana and Dhawal Shamsher Rana, as well as officials from the World Hindu Federation, monarchist organizations, and supporters of Nepal as a Hindu state.
