Gold hits new record at Rs 156,300 per tola, Silver prices also rise

KATHMANDU: Gold prices hit a new record on the last trading day of the week (Friday).

The price of gold has increased by Rs 3,000 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of hallmark gold has reached Rs 156,300 per tola today.

Gold was traded at Rs 153,300 per tola on Thursday.

Previously, on Sept 10 (Bhadra 25), gold set a record price of Rs 153,400 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also risen today.

It has increased by Rs 65 per tola, reaching Rs 1,860 per tola.
