Colombia defeats Argentina 2-1

KATHMANDU: Colombia has defeated Argentina in South American World Cup qualifiers.

Colombia defeated Argentina by 2-1 in the morning match.

Colombia also avenged the loss they faced in the Copa America final.

Erson Mosquera and James Rodriguez scored one goal each in Colombia’s victory, while Nicolas Gonzalez scored one goal for Argentina.

Despite the defeat, Argentina is at the top of the league table with 18 points. Colombia has 16 points behind them.
