Minister Khadka makes first visit to home district Sankhuwasabha

KATHMANDU: Minister Deepak Khadka has reached in his home district of Sankhuwasabha for the first time since taking office, traveling by Buddha Air.

He was welcomed at the Tumlingtar Airport by Chief District Officer Dhurba Khadka, the acting chairman of the Nepali Congress in the district, Ananta Gauli, and other local representatives and residents.

Panchakanya, dressed in local costumes, welcomed him with bouquets of flowers.

Accompanying Minister Khadka are the Secretary of the Ministry and other high-ranking officials.

According to the minister’s personal secretary, Bhupalman Basnet, Minister Khadka is scheduled to participate in various programs while in his home district.
