Gold price drops by Rs 1,200, Silver declines by Rs 45

KATHMANDU: Gold prices have declined in the Nepali market on the first trading day of the week.

After trading at Rs 153,300 per tola on Friday, hallmark gold has dropped by Rs 1,200 on Sunday.

Gold reached a new record high on Friday.

Today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold stands at Rs 152,100 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices have also decreased by Rs 45 per tola.

After being traded at Rs 1,795 per tola on Friday, silver has been set at Rs 1,750 for today.
