Deepak Manange resigned from the post of minister

KATHMANDU: Gandaki State’s Minister for Forests and Environment, Rajiv Gurung, also known as ‘Deepak Manange,’ has resigned from his ministerial position.

Manange submitted his resignation after Chief Minister Surendra Pandey reassigned him from the Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management to the Ministry of Forests.

Earlier today, the CPN-UML joined the government with four ministers, leading to a reshuffle in the Gandaki State cabinet.

Dissatisfied with being assigned the Ministry of Forests, Manange decided to step down from his post.
