Another incident in the U.S.: Parbat’s Pradhan found dead in Maryland

KATHMANDU: A Nepali man has been found dead in Maryland, USA. The deceased has been identified as 47-year-old Shantalal Pradhan, who had been residing in the state.

His body was discovered last Tuesday, according to reports.

Pradhan is survived by his wife, a daughter, and a son.

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to repatriate his body to Nepal. The cause of his death has not yet been determined.

In a separate incident, a 21-year-old Nepali student, Muna Pandey, was murdered in Houston, USA.

Pandey was shot, and 51-year-old Bobby Singh Shah has been arrested in connection with her murder.
