The unveiling event was graced by statements from the General Managers of both Joylong and SRM.

Mr. Zhang, GM of Joylong, manufacturer of bigger microbus, emphasized the rigorous research, development, and testing that go into designing their electric vans. He highlighted that Joylong’s vehicles, popular in developed markets such as Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia, are equipped with powerful motors and large batteries, providing exceptional range compared to other vehicles in the market. As of now Nepal market is crowded with multiple brands of vehicles produced in assembly factories which might not be able to provide long term after sales service support. Joylong is among very few companies which has the in house facility and technicians to produce all key components related with production of vehicle. This will ensure that customers will get the benefit of robust after sales service and parts availability for many years to come.

Mr. Li, GM of SRM, manufacturer of smaller microbus, focused on the safety, durability, and robust construction of SRM’s commercial electric vehicles. Despite Nepal’s government not mandating airbags, all SRM vehicles are equipped with airbags and ABS, ensuring maximum safety on the roads. Mr. Li also mentioned that SRM, being a privately-owned company, is committed to providing world-class service to its customers. Over the next three years, SRM plans to introduce additional models to the Nepali market, further strengthening their presence. SRM EV vehicles are perfectly suited to drive in all kind of terrains as well as narrow hilly roads of Nepal.

VG Motors’ primary objective is to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional after-sales service, a core value that aligns with their mission of innovation and sustainability.
