Woman found murdered in Hetauda hotel; suspect on the run

KATHMANDU: A young woman has been murdered in Makwanpur.

The victim, 30-year-old Alisha Neupane from Saraswati Tole, Hetauda, was found dead in a hotel room.

The police said that his body was found covered in blood.

On Sunday around 4 PM, Alisha had checked into a hotel at Bus Park in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-10 with a man.

The man who accompanied Alisha reportedly fled the scene after the incident.

It is believed that he attacked her with sharp weapons and two beer bottles before escaping.

The identity of the man is yet to be determined by the authorities.
