KATHMANDU: As part of its week-long seventh anniversary celebrations, IME Life Insurance conducted a nationwide insurance literacy campaign on the event’s second day.

The campaign aimed to enhance insurance literacy across the country, targeting educational institutions and organizations in all seven states.

In celebration of its seventh anniversary, IME Life Insurance launched this insurance literacy initiative throughout Nepal.

The campaign focused on students in schools and colleges, as well as employees in various organizations, with the goal of fostering greater understanding of insurance.

This effort aligns with the Insurance Committee’s objectives to promote comprehensive development and expansion within the insurance sector.

The campaign was carried out in several institutions including:

  • Kanchanpur Girls Hostel in Mahendranagar
  • Rising Path in Bhimad
  • Devi Multipurpose Campus in Chapagaon
  • Bhimdatta Multipurpose Campus in Dadelhura
  • Armed Police Force in Satdobato
  • Tikapur Multipurpose Campus in Tikapur
  • Holiland Higher Secondary School in Attariya
  • Lamki Multipurpose Campus in Kailali
  • Bhanubhakta Multipurpose Campus in Tanahun

During these sessions, participants were informed about current insurance laws, the importance of insurance, and its critical role in national development.
