KATHMANDU: The autopsy of the passengers who lost their lives in the Air Dynasty helicopter crash in Shivapuri, Nuwakot has commenced.

The autopsy is being carried out at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj, according to Balkrishna Pandit, the manager of Air Dynasty.

The tragic accident resulted in the deaths of one Nepali and four Chinese nationals.

The body of Captain Arun Malla, who was piloting the helicopter, is being examined and will soon be handed over to his family.

Coordination with the Chinese embassy is underway for the autopsy of the Chinese nationals’ remains, as informed by Manager Pandit.
