Woman held for murdering man in Jajarkot

KATHMANDU: Dhanbir Kami, 65, residing in Ward No. 3 of Nalagadh Municipality, Jajarkot, has been allegedly murdered following a physical altercation.

Urmila, aged 35, who resides in the same area, has been arrested by the police.

According to reports, an argument between them last Saturday turned violent, resulting in serious injuries to Dhanbir.

He was initially treated at the local municipal hospital in Dalli and later transferred to the State Hospital in Kalagaun, Surkhet, where he succumbed to his injuries on Friday afternoon.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
