Woman dies in Baitadi cliff fall while cutting grass

KATHMANDU: A woman died today in Baitadi after falling from a mountain while cutting grass.

Balram Pandey, the Police Inspector and spokesperson for Baitadi Police, disclosed that the victim was Anita Nath, a 22-year-old resident of Khareligaun in Dilashaini Rural Municipality-6.

According to reports, Anita fell approximately 200 meters to her death from Dobra cliff, located near her residence, while she was engaged in grass-cutting.

Authorities have initiated further investigations into this unfortunate incident.
