National Life Insurance conducts National Award program

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. has successfully conducted the National Award program.

The program honored the agents selected as “National Ratnas” at separate events held at the Soltee Westend Hotel in Nepalgunj and the Opera Hotel in Mahendranagar.

The event was presided over by the Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri.

Manager Bivek Sharma addressed the attending agents, emphasizing that this was the final opportunity to achieve their targets.

He urged team leader agents to be particularly vigilant in ensuring both their own goals and those of their subordinate agents are met.

During the ceremony, the National Ratna-winning agents were honored with a silver medal inscribed with the National Life logo, certificates, and traditional scarves. The Chief Executive Officer expressed special thanks to the group of agents, highlighting the company’s success in maintaining its high bonus rate for policyholders in Nepal’s insurance market, due to the collective efforts of everyone involved.

He further elaborated on the company’s plan to conduct State-level honor programs for agents selected as National Ratnas. In accordance with this plan, agents from Lumbini and Karnali States were honored in Nepalgunj, and agents from Sudurpaschim State were honored in Mahendranagar. He also mentioned that similar honor programs have already been conducted for agents from Koshi and Madhesh States in Itahari, and for agents from Bagmati State in Kathmandu, with plans to honor the remaining agents soon.

The separate events in Nepalgunj and Mahendranagar were attended by key officials including Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri, Manager Bivek Sharma, Department Head Sushmita Rana, and Karnali State Head Deep Narayan Khanal, along with branch heads from Lumbini and Karnali States at the Nepalgunj event.

The Mahendranagar event saw the presence of Sudurpaschim State Head Umakant Joshi, along with branch heads from the respective States.
