KATHMANDU: Today, on Sunday, the first trading day of the week in Nepali markets, the price of gold has increased.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, today the price of gold has risen by Rs. 1,000 per tola, reaching Rs. 145,400 from Friday’s Rs. 144,400 per tola.

Similarly, silver has also seen an increase in its price by Rs. 20 per tola.

On Friday, silver was traded at Rs. 18,770 per tola, while today it is being traded at Rs. 18,890 per tola, as reported by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
