President Lamichhane denies permission for written proposal submission: Minister Dhakal

KATHMANDU: Dr. Mukul Dhakal, the General Secretary of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), alleged that President Rabi Lamichhane did not allow him to present a written proposal on the review report during the Central Committee meeting.

According to sources from the meeting held yesterday, although permission was granted in the Secretariat meeting to present the proposal based on the review report, President Lamichhane did not allow submission of the prepared proposal.

Dhakal insisted on broadcasting the meeting live, a demand that remained unmet.

He protested by putting black tape over his mouth during the meeting.
