Sanima Insurance & Citizens Capital sign agreement on rights share issuance

KATHMANDU: An agreement has been reached between Sanima General Insurance Limited and Citizens Capital Limited for the issuance of insurance rights shares.

According to the agreement, Sudhir Prasad Upadhyaya, the Chief Executive Officer of Sanima General Insurance Limited, and Sabir Bade Shrestha, the Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Capital Limited, have signed the agreement.

Under the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited will manage the sale of 500,000 shares of insurance rights issued by Sanima General Insurance Limited.
