Gold price surged today

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has increased in the Nepali market today (Monday) while the price of silver has remained stable.

Chhapawal gold, traded at 142,000 rupees per tola on Sunday, increased by 200 rupees today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Federation, gold is being traded at 142,200 rupees per tola.

Tejabi gold is being bought and sold at 141,500 rupees per tola.

The price of silver is stable. On this day, silver is being traded at 1,790 rupees per tola.
