Chinese national found dead in Bharatpur hotel

KATHMANDU: A Chinese national was found dead at a hotel in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

The deceased, 56-year-old Pian Changxin, was discovered this morning in Barsana Hotel.

According to the police, Changxin was suffering from cancer.

He had been staying at the hotel since June 24 and was receiving treatment at BP Koirala Cancer Hospital.

Police reported that he was found lying face down in the bathroom of his hotel room at 8:55 AM today.

The District Police Office in Chitwan has stated that an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
