Man held for raping a woman, arrested

KATHMANDU: A 46-year-old man, Premsingh Bhandari, from Dasharathchand Municipality-3 Pokhari in Baitadi, has been arrested on charges of rape.

The arrest occurred on Tuesday.

According to Police Inspector Balram Pandey, spokesperson for the District Police Office in Baitadi, Bhandari is accused of exploiting a 30-year-old married woman from the village.
