SEE results to be announced today: 488,000 students awaiting outcome

KATHMANDU: The National Examination Board (NEB) is set to announce the results of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) shortly. Currently, a board meeting is in progress to finalize the results.

According to Examination Controller Nandalal Paudel, the board has completed the task of reviewing the answer sheets.

A total of 504,414 students participated in the SEE, which was conducted from Chaitra 15 to 27 (late March to early April).

This year, the examinations were conducted based on a new curriculum. Students who score less than 35% in theoretical subjects will fall into the non-grading category.

The NEB has stated that the results for students who took the SEE examination for the first time under the new curriculum will be published according to the Letter Grading Directive 2078.

  • The board has provided five SMS shortcodes for checking results.
  • Students can send their exam details to these shortcodes to receive their results via SMS.
