KATHMANDU: The recent episode of ‘It’s My Show’ broadcasted on Kantipur Television has sparked controversy.
The program, hosted by Oshin Sitaula, invited guests who engaged in discussions that allegedly sparked controversy surrounding the prestige of other individuals.
Following this, the former presenter and producer of the show, Suraj Singh Thakuri, commented on Sitaula and the program.
“I have conducted it honestly and the brand has been ruined,” Thakuri wrote on social media. He also expressed gratitude to viewers for their long-standing support and love. He emphasized his commitment to continue bringing entertaining and dignified content in the future. Thakuri made it clear that he currently has no association with Kantipur TV or ‘It’s My Show’.
Besides Thakuri, there have been other notable controversies associated with ‘It’s My Show’ and Kantipur TV.
Recently, actresses Swastima Khadka and Samragyee RL Shah, who appeared as guests, faced opposition due to the subject matter discussed on the program.
