KATHMANDU: According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, several regions in Nepal are expected to experience heavy rainfall on Tuesday.

Similarly, light to moderate rain with thunderstorms is expected in some parts of the Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim States.
Tonight, Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini States are forecasted to have complete cloud cover, while other regions will experience partial to generally cloudy skies.
The Division has indicated that light to moderate rain with thunderstorms may occur in some parts of the Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini States, and a few areas in the Karnali and Sudurpaschim States.
Heavy rainfall is particularly expected in isolated locations within the Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki States.
As of this morning, light rain with thunderstorms has been reported in isolated areas of the Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali States.
The Division also noted that monsoon winds have spread across the country since Monday.
