KATHMANDU: CPN (Unified Socialist) has expressed solidarity with the ongoing agitation of the Crusher and Mining Industry Professionals Federation demanding the revitalization of the cross-industry sector.

On Thursday, party chair chief-whip Metmani Chaudhary, upon reaching Maitighar Mandala, expressed solidarity with the agitation of the Crusher and Mining Industry Professionals Federation on behalf of the party.

He stated that the party has taken the agitation of cross-industry entrepreneurs as a significant movement and expressed unity towards the party’s movement.

He emphasized that the party has taken the agitation of cross-industry entrepreneurs as an important movement and expressed unity towards the party’s movement. He accused the government of being more focused on saving their seats rather than addressing the demands of the agitators.

He said, “This agitation has been taken as a very important movement. Our party has taken it like this. Therefore, our participation is there. From a few days, the government has been more focused on saving their seats rather than thinking about what to do, how to increase the number of capitalists in Nepal, and how to expand the scope of revenue rather than just saving their seats. Many demands have been ignored. It requires addressing this matter seriously. We are preparing laws related to this issue, and within a month, we will be on the streets.”

In the sequence of the agitation, Sitaram Neupane, the chair of Nepal Crusher and Mining Industry Professionals Federation, warned of advancing the programs of the agitation further if the government does not immediately address the demands of the cross-industry entrepreneurs.

He drew attention to his demands by saying that the government needs to address their demands more seriously.

He said, “The government needs to address our demands promptly. Otherwise, it will harm the state. The government should address the demands more seriously.”

The Nepal Crusher and Mining Industry Professionals Federation has been protesting since Asar 1 (mid-June) against the government’s negligence towards the revitalization of cross-industry businesses.
