KATHMANDU: The highly anticipated South Indian film “Pushpa 2: The Rule” has announced a new release date.
Originally set to release on August 15, 2024, the film starring actor Allu Arjun and actress Rashmika Mandanna has been postponed by four months.
The production team revealed this change through a poster, indicating that the film will now hit theaters on December 6, 2024.
The delay is attributed to some remaining production work.
“Pushpa 2: The Rule” is written and directed by Sukumar Bandreddi.
Alongside Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the cast includes Fahadh Faasil, Dhananjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Ajay Ghosh.
The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili.
This film is the sequel to “Pushpa: The Rise,” which was released in 2021.
