Sandeep Lamichhane completes 100 T20 wickets, sets new record!

KATHMANDU: Nepal’s star spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has completed 100 wickets in T20 internationals.

He achieved this milestone by taking two wickets against Bangladesh in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.

Sandeep took his 100th wicket in his 53rd T20 match.

With this feat, Sandeep becomes the first player from Nepal to reach 100 wickets in T20 internationals.

Following Sandeep from Nepal, Karan KC has taken 90 wickets in 70 matches, Abinash Bohara has taken 75 wickets in 62 matches, and Sompal Kami has taken 61 wickets in 68 matches.
