KATHMANDU: Nepal will be facing South Africa in the World Cup tomorrow.

The match is scheduled to start at 5:15 AM Nepali time on Saturday morning.

Ahead of the match, the Nepali team has been busy with practice sessions, including star spinner Sandeep Lamichhane.

After being denied a visa by the US, Sandeep traveled to the West Indies via Canada and will be playing two group stage matches there.

Nepal needs to win both of their remaining matches to advance to the Super 8 stage.

Tomorrow, they will face South Africa, who have already secured a place in the Super 8.

Nepal’s final group stage match will be against Bangladesh.

If Nepal wins both matches, they will have 5 points, which will be enough to qualify for the Super 8 stage.

Captain Rohit Paudel has expressed his determination to win against South Africa.

He mentioned that the team is excited to play against them, knowing that victories against both South Africa and Bangladesh are necessary for Super 8 qualification.

He also stated that Sandeep’s arrival has strengthened Nepal’s bowling unit.

Nepal will play against South Africa under Group D tomorrow at 5:15 AM at Arnos Vale Stadium in Saint Vincent, West Indies.
