Kathmandu Court grants 5-day remand for Shobha Pathak

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has granted a five-day remand for further investigation into Shobha Pathak.

The court permitted the five-day detention on Tuesday for the ongoing investigation.

Based on a complaint filed by the victim, a team from the Cyber Bureau arrested Shobha from Pulchowk yesterday.

According to Superintendent of Police Deepak Raj Awasthi of the Cyber Bureau, the investigation into Shobha is still ongoing.

SP Awasthi informed that Shobha was arrested on charges of committing crimes, including character assassination of individuals, through social media platforms.
