KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) has launched the “Digital Universe,” offering most of its banking services online through the bank’s website.

Considering the increasing attraction towards digital banking and the evolving needs of customers in the wake of technological advancements and global expansion, the bank has arranged to provide more than two dozen services online via its website.

Customers can access and utilize the following services directly through the bank’s website: QR code and POS registration, Easy Buy Easy Pay, e-commerce card application, fixed deposit account application, new credit card application, mobile banking access, mobile banking block and unblock, debit card block and unblock, new debit card application, debit card replacement application, Green PIN (for debit cards) application, credit card statement application, credit card replacement application, Green PIN (for credit cards) application, credit card block and unblock, Demat, C-ASBA, MeroShare, TMS account opening, premature fixed deposit account closure, and other customer-friendly services.

Customers can visit the bank’s website and click on the “Digital Universe” section or directly access it at “digitaluniverse.globalimebank.com” to use these services at their convenience.

A few days ago, the bank had launched a separate lounge called “Digital Universe,” dedicated to providing various automated digital banking services. This lounge includes advanced machines such as check deposit machines, cash deposit machines, and ATMs.

Recently, the bank has introduced the Digital Universe to provide an innovative online banking experience for internet users, aiming to offer the latest banking services conveniently.
