Supreme Court edmands charge sheet in Rabi Lamichhane’s case

KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has ordered the submission of the missil file against Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.

On Monday, a bench comprising Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Til Prasad Shrestha issued an order to obtain a certified copy of the charge sheet filed by the government attorney at the Rupandehi District Court.

This order was made in response to a petition challenging the letter from the Attorney General’s office, which stated that there was no fraud case against Lamichhane related to a cooperative scheme.

The next hearing for this petition has been scheduled for June 18.
