Son held for murdering mother

KATHMANDU: Milan Tamang, 34, resident of Langdanda Charambi, Arun Rural Municipality-4, Bhojpur, was arrested by the police on Sunday evening on the charge of killing his mother, 68-year-old Nir Kumari Tamang.

As soon as the news was received that Arun had killed Nir Kumari with a sharp weapon, the police deputed from temporary police post Charambi arrested him.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
