Armed Police Constable dies in flood simulation exercise in Bajhang

KATHMANDU: Armed Police Constable Narendra Singh Dhami from Kedarsyun Rural Municipality-7 in Bajhang lost his life during a simulated exercise aimed at demonstrating flood mitigation strategies.

The District Hospital Bajhang declared him deceased following the incident.

The unfortunate event occurred during a joint simulation involving security forces in the district, taking place in the Seti River on Monday morning.

Constable Dhami was found unconscious and promptly rescued, then rushed to District Hospital Bajhang for urgent medical attention.
