PM Dahal welcomed by special representative in New Delhi
Narendra Modi, leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and set to serve his third term, is slated to be sworn in as Prime Minister of India this evening.

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, commonly known as Prachanda, arrived in India’s capital, New Delhi, this afternoon to attend the swearing-in ceremony of India’s Acting Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
Upon his arrival, Prime Minister Dahal was greeted by a special representative of the Indian government at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, as confirmed by the Ministry of External Affairs in India.
Narendra Modi, leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and set to serve his third term, is slated to be sworn in as Prime Minister of India this evening.
Following the ceremony, Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to hold a meeting with Prime Minister Modi, as announced by the Nepali Embassy in New Delhi.
Accompanying Prime Minister Dahal are his personal secretary, Ganga Dahal, Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, Padam Giri, Foreign Secretary Seva Lamsal, and other senior government officials.
Prime Minister Dahal is expected to return home on Monday.
