Man sets himself ablaze in Chabahil, 5 family members suffer burns

KATHMANDU: A man in Chabahil, Kathmandu, set himself on fire after pouring petrol over his body following a dispute with his wife.

On Tuesday night, the man set himself ablaze.

His condition remains critical after sustaining severe burns from the fire, as informed by the district police.

Along with him, his wife and three daughters also suffered burns.

The family members are currently undergoing treatment for their burns at Kirtipur Hospital.

The identities of the victims have been kept confidential by the police.
