KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank has been honored with the prestigious ‘Infosys Finacle Innovation Awards 2024’ for bringing an outstanding digital product to the country’s banking and financial sector.
With the long-term goal of becoming a ‘Digital First Bank,’ NIC Asia Bank has been promoting digital banking.
The bank has been awarded the ‘Channel Innovation Platinum’ award for 2024 by Infosys Finacle, an international service provider that organizes the ‘Innovation Awards’ annually.
The bank received this award in the innovation category by competing among 200 applications across 10 categories for introducing the innovative and excellent digital product, iServe, which offers international-level online banking services.
iServe is the best digital platform introduced by the bank in Nepal, allowing customers to avail of digital banking services from their homes or offices without physically visiting the bank’s branch office.
This platform provides most digital banking services across main domains such as customer service, payments, card services, document verification, mobile banking services, teller services, online services, merchant services, and trade services.
The bank believes that this honor received by the bank will improve the services and reach more customers.
