229 women undergo cervical cancer screening

KATHMANDU: As many as 229 women present in the national women conference of the CPN (UML) underwent cervical cancer screening.

The screening was performed among those present in the assembly hosted by the Federation of National Health Workers.

Federation’s Vice-Chair Sharada Khanal told that cervical cancer screening was performed among 229 women through ‘AHPV DN technology’.

She informed that the results of the screening would be obtained only after a month.
