58-year-old man held for raping a minor

KATHMANDU: Police arrested 58-year-old Dil Prasad Sapkota, a resident of Myagdi, Mangala Rural Municipality-4, Soldada Bukeni, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.

As soon as the news was received that Sapkota had forced the girl into the Chipleti river at the same place, the police stationed from Singa Tatopani police station arrested him.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
