KATHMANDU: A play titled ‘Laya Prakritiko’ has been staged at Mandala Theatre, located in Thapagaun.
The play, produced by Rijan Kesi, was performed on Tuesday, May 28th (Jestha 15th).
The play addresses recent natural events and their impact on society.
It was written by Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, with additional writing by Rijan KC.
The design and direction of the play were handled by Somnath Khanal.
The cast of the play includes Kamalmani Nepal, Balbahadur Rai, Lokendra Lekhak, Saraswati Chaudhary, Bikash Joshi, Sirjana Subba, Renuka Karki, Suraj Yadav, Agnishree Bishwakarma, Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Somnath Khanal, and Mani Kulung Rai.
The performance of ‘Laya Prakritiko’ was organized by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority.
