Permission granted to arrest Kantipur Media Group Chair Sirohia

KATHMANDU: The Dhanusha District Court has granted permission for the police to arrest Kailash Prasad Sirohia, the Chair of Kantipur Media Group, in connection with a citizenship case.

Judge Chitra Bahadur Gurung, presiding over the case at bench no. 2, approved the issuance of an arrest warrant for Sirohia.

This information was provided by the court’s information officer, Dambar Prasad Ghimire.

Ghimire stated that the police had requested authorization for the release of certain documents, and this request was also approved by Judge Gurung’s bench.
