Failure to certify allegations against Congress would not bode well, warns party

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has challenged the Congress leaders to confirm the allegations made by Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.

On Monday, Congress chief whip Ramesh Lekhak gave such a challenge by holding a press conference.

He also accused the government of Nepal of misusing the organs and mechanisms that should investigate, investigate and prosecute the state to protect the fraudsters of cooperatives.

He warned the Nepali Congress and the Congress leaders that the results will not be good if they cannot prove and show the allegations made against them.

He said that the government’s job is not to ask questions but to act.
