KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress parliamentary party is holding a meeting to strategize before the House of Representatives convenes.
This meeting is scheduled to take place at 9 AM in the Lhotse Hall of the Parliament Building.
Prior to this, a meeting of the parliamentary party’s working committee has been called for 8:30 AM, according to MP Pratima Gautam.
This meeting will also take place in the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwar.
Discussions will focus on the recent tensions in parliament and new strategic issues.
The Congress has been obstructing the parliament after the government failed to agree to form a parliamentary investigation committee to probe Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane regarding allegations of cooperative fraud.
