The judge has set a time for both sides to pronounce the verdict today.
As there is an appeal from both sides in the court, the lawyers of both sides get to argue.
Following the rebuttal, the ultimate verdict rests with the presiding judges on the bench of the High Court, comprising Sudarshan Raj Bhatta and Anju Upreti Dhakal.
