Kedar Karki’s petition filed in SC hearing today

KATHMANDU: Kedar Karki, the current Chief Minister of State 1, has filed a writ petition today for a hearing regarding the dissolution of the new government.

Karki, along with his lawyer Suprekshya Joshi, submitted the writ petition to the Supreme Court on Tuesday against the formation of a new government.

The writ petition challenges the actions of the Office of the State Chief, State Chief Parshuram Khapung, Speaker Ambar Bahadur Bishwakarma, Hikmat Kumar Karki, leader of the CPN-UML parliamentary party in the sstate, and supporters of the proposal of the resolution.
