Child dies in car hit

KATHMANDU: A 6-year-old Preety Kumari Sah, daughter of Rishi Muni Sah, a pedestrian, died on Tuesday afternoon after being hit by a car number DL 1 CH 2360 on the road in Bara, Parwanipur Rural Municipality-5 Nautan Bahurari.

She was seriously injured in the collision and died during treatment at LS Neuro Hospital.

Police have detained 2 people in the car and are conducting further investigations into the accident.
