GIBL & Badimalika Municipality strike loan facilitation deal
Agreement signed to provide easy loans for urban residents, fostering self-reliance and job creation.
KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) and Badimalika Municipality have signed an agreement to facilitate easy and accessible loans to entrepreneurs within the municipality, aiming to promote entrepreneurship, self-reliance, and employment generation.
The agreement was signed by Deputy Chief Executive Officer Suman Pokharel on behalf of Global IME Bank and Mayor Amar Bahadur Khadka on behalf of Badimalika Municipality.
According to the agreement, the bank will provide easy and accessible loans to urban residents who aspire to become self-employed in farming, agriculture-related businesses, agriculture farms, and agricultural work.
These loans, as per the belief of the bank, will contribute to promoting self-reliance and employment generation within the municipality through entrepreneurship.
