KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) parliamentary party is convening a meeting.

The meeting has been called at the parliamentary party’s office in Singha Durbar after some time.

In the meeting, the main opposition party and others will discuss the demands raised and strategies to be presented in the parliamentary budget session.

The parliamentary budget session is set to commence on May 10.

Accusing the party president Rabi Lamichhane of being involved in a cooperative application, in which even the Home Minister is allegedly involved, the Congress party has demanded an investigation by the parliamentary committee.

They assert that just as the previous session was disrupted due to the president’s involvement, they won’t allow this budget session to proceed without a committee formed.

In this context, the RSP’s meeting has been announced to decide on the upcoming strategies.
