RSP acknowledged a shortfall in the party’s efforts reflected in the election outcome.
The statement issued by General Secretary Mukul Dhakal addressed the observed weaknesses in the by-election and emphasized the need to rectify them to progress.
“The symbolic bell, not striking at the right time, has cautioned us,” the statement read. “Even if the results aren’t in our favor, we always respect the democratic process and value the voice of the people.”
RSP indicated plans to conduct an in-depth review of the by-election during the upcoming central committee meeting.”
